Refund & Return policy

As a local small family business we do our best to offer a quality product and our goal is to keep our customers happy.

While we are not able to offer a refund policy, we are happy to offer you a 30-day exchange, which would mean you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and complete the exchange.

You can make your exchange in store or can ship it back to us. If you are returning your item via the mail, as a courtesy we will send you return shipping slip at no cost, however the original shipping cost will not be included in the credit, and your new shipping choice will be at your cost.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase included in the package or bring it with you instore.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that enter the body (earrings and body jewellery), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items that are on CLEARANCE (anything marked down 40% or more). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also do not accept returns on gift cards.
