We are not able to offer refunds, but we are happy to provide a 14-day exchange from the date you receive your item.
You can make your exchange in-store or ship your item back to us. We’ll provide a complimentary return shipping label for exchanges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of shipping your replacement item will be your responsibility.
The exchange must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase or the original receipt must be included.
