General Info

Yes! We’re located in Calgary, Alberta in Marlborough Mall.
You can purchase the product you have been eyeing online. You can also purchase online and pick up your order instore to get a glimpse of our team in action behind the scenes.

The inventory available in store is the same as the one online. Therefore, when a product is out of stock online, it is also unavailable in store.

Our products are offered in limited quantities and we cannot guarantee that a certain style will be restocked once it is no longer available. As an alternative email us with the specifics at info@anthonyjewellers.com or come instore and we can look into special ordering that particular item.

Anthony Jewellers reserves the right to modify its website, terms and conditions of sale and prices at any time, without notice.

Shipping Info

We pride ourselves on the quick handling of your orders, with most in stock items shipping within 3-5 business days. 

In the case your item has to be restocked due to popularity, it can take 7-10 days to ship. 

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it, make adjustments to it, or combine it with another order.

Delivery times are dependent on the where you live and what shipping option you choose:

Anthony Jewellers is not responsible for delays that might be caused by the carrier. Once the parcels leave our warehouse, they become the carrier’s responsibility.

Please make sure to enter your shipping information correctly at checkout.

Please note that Canada Post or other carriers do not deliver during weekends. Orders are delivered only on business days.

Delivery and handling are non-refundable.

We currently only deliver within Canada.

Yes, you can! At checkout, select the option PICK UP as delivery method. Once you have completed your purchase, your purchase is generally ready to be picked up within 1-2 business days.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Anthony Jewellers is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

If you received a delivery notification but it appears your package has not been delivered, don’t worry! Often times Canada Post will preemptively scan a package as delivered, but it is still en route. Please wait 24 hours and then follow these steps if you have still not received your order.

    • Check with neighbours (or those with neighbouring mailboxes), your concierge, or community mailbox. This is most often where your package will be.
    • If you are still unable to locate your package, please email info@anthonyjewellers.com within 7 days and our team will investigate. Any items reported as lost past this period will not be eligible for resolution.
